She was about 10 months at the time we purchased it and fell in love right away. She loves to act out the movements and watch us as we do it. The rhymes are fun, and the perfect length to hold the attention of little ones. This is also a good one to act out in the car, as it takes no time to have it memorized. 59 of 61 people found the following review helpful By A Customer This review is from: Ten Little Fingers (Nursery Time) (Board book) My daughter is very active and this is the only book that she will actually sit still for while I read to her. The illustrations are fabulous and the actions are simple enough for an 8-9 month old to mimic. 24 of 25 people found the following review helpful By This review is from: Ten Little Fingers (Nursery Time) (Board book) Ten Little Fingers by Annie Kubler is one of a series of books that is a perfect fit for very little ones. The rhythm and rhyme draws their attention and the illustrations are big blobs of color, sharply delineated from each other. You can start with an infant who is old enough to focus and they will be enthralled by the colors. The size of the book is good for holding open with one hand as you hold the baby in the other arm. |
